Pioneer Flora is an access point. When I first conceptualized this "brand", I envisioned it as a tool for empowerment and education in effectively and ethically working with plant medicines and in turn, relearning how we relate to our bodies and to the earth. As it stands, this vehicle for knowledge has expanded to growing and hand-crafting medicinal botanicals. Pioneer species are the first to colonize previously devastated ecosystems to begin the process of soil remediation. In deference to these vital life forms, Pioneer Flora's credo is to rehabilitate our roots to the earth while remaining protean, humble, and in service of plant intelligence.
